"Dear Wayne,

I just wanted to say a few words about my new Honda 40hp and how impressed I am with it's perforrnance . Firstly fuel economy....you said it would be 50 % more economical than my 2 stroke 40hp. I was a little bit sceptical hearing this but after owning it for a couple of months I would have to say it's all of that and more. To test it's economy I filled up the tote tank and went on a fishing trip out wide, setting up a trip log on my GPS to record the distance we had travelled. The total distance for the trip was 44 miles and the tank read just under 3/4 full back at the ramp! I thought the fuel gauge was broken when I looked at it but reassured my self by lifting the tank and feeling the weight left in it. Amazing! No b*llsh*t surely it's the most economical motor out there? Power wise it has heaps more grunt on take off and top end and I can hit 32 mph, 3 mph more than previously. The quietness of the motor is excellent, it is nearly silent at idle and very smooth and quiet under way. I've had plenty of people comment on how quiet it is, but more importantly from a fishing perspective is the "stealth mode"  when sneeking up to those big reds hiding in the kelp. Start up is very refreshing, first pop every time."
